You need more technicians like the one who was my hygienist today. ***** I do agree that they canceled an appointment and no one bothered to tell me. I was actually on my way for the appointment, I called to make sure of the time. At that time, I was told my appointment had been canceled bc my hygienist was no longer with them. I was upset and was rescheduled for 3 weeks later. My new hygienist was awesome. I liked Taylor and the lady dentist really really well. Call patient whenever changes are made”
