After three hours of the truck not being available, then not starting all the while waiting 30-40 min to talk with customer no service each time we ran into an issue, we gave up on Fluid trucks and went to a local Penske Truck Rental. What a breath of fresh air. We spoke to A live person who quickly explained our options and quickly got us on our way. We ended up with a nicer truck then Fluid offered for less money and a far less stressful experience. Due to the late start we finished the move early the next day but it was done! Thanks Penske Truck Rental. Could not have completed the move without your excellent service and well maintained reliable trucks.”
