Everyone of his staff members is just as fantastic and compassionate and caring as Dr Fracasso is! Anyone who gives a negative review of this dr or his staff must not have anything nice to say about anyone! Dr Fracasso and his staff are hands down awesome! “I love this practice! I was so tired of my family doctor looking at his watch and waiting 60 minutes or more to see him. Doctors affiliated with the big hospital groups ( 80% +) have changed and it's become a pretty cold experience. They often have 15-20 minute time guidelines and they loose " points" if they don't refer to doctors within the group. You need an appointment for every issue which means coming back again and again and more $$$$. I started to feel like the $$$$ were the ONLY motive, not patient care. I feel the opposite with Dr. Larkin's practice. Never rushed, always thorough. I can always get in. I never wait more than a few minutes. Sometimes I get questions answered via email or a phone call. I pay a monthly fee but I think I'm actually saving money. It really feels like they care because .... they do.”

“Do not hesitate to make an appointment. This is a great group of professionals. All of the Doctors, Nurses and Staff are incredible. I have Diabetes and I had a terrible wound on my foot. I was seen by Dr. Patel for wound care. The outlook was not good for keeping my toe. She was concerned but she had a plan. We worked together to get my foot to heal. Her memory and bedside manor are outstanding. My foot recently got infected again due to callous build up. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Patel. She was on maternity leave so I saw Dr. Karen at the Henrico office. Dr. Karen = Awesome. She picked right up where Dr. Patel left off. We worked together and got my foot healed again. Now we are doing preventive maintenance. I have learned alot from these awesome Doctors. With the diabetic neuropathy and the ulcer in my foot I need to stay ahead of injury. I am so lucky to have these great people on my team.”
