“Not a bad location. Mexican restaurant next door. Room was clean - beds & pillows really comfy. Although the bed was super squeaky - it would have been annoying to anyone next to our room or below. Oh and we had a big ole spider in our room in the morning. Not sure where that came from?!? Breakfast- good - both hot & cold items. If you use the stairs instead of the elevator- Stairwell - painted & carpeted but, was in dire need of a good cleaning & vacuuming. Pool was small & nice - no hot tub.”

“They did a great job starting with the salesperson Jim. Because I was working with my home warranty company, the process was a pain and a few contractors disregarded me for that reason. Jim was very thorough during the sales process and reassured me he would do whatever was necessary to work with the warranty company. He followed through with his promise and even negotiated double the reimbursement from the warranty company than another contractor had. I know it was time consuming for him but he never complained. Two other contractors I had out previously, continually expressed their dislike for working with warranty companies. Although I understand the difficulty, I found their complaining very unprofessional. After the sales process I called Ber's to compliment Jim and the owner himself called me back to tell me he was grateful for the feedback. The installation process was smooth, the communication was clear and timely. They were very clean, using tarps to cover their entire walkway throughout my house. The job site inside and out was left spotless. They completed the work sooner than projected. Overall it was a great experience and their price was right in line with the market. Ber's came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them.”

But today i had checkout ask for assistance in loading my vehicle. They immediately advised that they've tried all day with no luck? she called someone up twice over 7 minutes. no one showed up. in the end someone else who was a customer helped me load my vehicle. Management Please review and fix this procedure at your store.”
