I'm very particular when I have custom work done. And I was not disappointed. As far as communication I never had a problem. Someone always picked up and talk to me about the phone as to how things were progressing. As far as price, I paid exactly what my estimate was. I saw someone complaining about their estimate. But the word estimate means, "I believe this is what it will cost". But just like when you take your car to the garage and they find other things wrong with it, it cost more. And I don't think you'd want you musical instrument not to be repaired fully. I definitely will be using them again!”

“I had the best experience I ever had with good customer service with a meat cutter named Brandon in the Willoughby store. Just a side note I was a butcher for 25 years myself. I asked him to change my packaging from a package of bottom round steak. To my surprise he responded not only will I change it I just cut brand new round steak and I will bring them right out to you sir.
