He answered every question I had with a smile and a example and even more I didnt think to ask. “There is a lot more to being a police officer than writing traffic tickets. Those giving 1 star reviews were doing something in the wrong and got caught and are upset about it. The negative reviews don't reflect the station or police and staff as a whole. Yes it sucks to get a ticket and sometimes it seems like a cheap shot but at the end of the day be thankful we have really amazing men and women working for us in the Valley. Without going into personal details, when a call went to dispatch for help the Valley View police responded and were at the scene in less than 5 minutes. Every officer and policeman who I spoke with was very caring, concerned and clearly had training in handling tough situations. They didn't just throw regulation or follow the books. They were compassionate and did what you would hope a police officer should do. Thank you to all of the Valley View Police and dispatch team.”

“I dialed 9-1-1 for a medical emergency. It was about 2:45 am (during the night). It seemed like only a couple of minutes when a female police officer arrived. She was wonderful. Our local EMS was there about 5 minutes later. Without their quick, efficient and highly knowledgeable help, my husband wouldn’t be alive today. Bill required emergency heart surgery. “This review is for the #49 department. I went up there today to get a carseat installed. The firefighter informed me they only check the carseats. I was a little discouraged because I am 3cm dilated and my baby could come at any time, so I was worried. This is my first baby and I have no idea how to install a carseat, let alone safely. I'm not sure what his name was, it started with j is all I know. But he was helpful and showed me how to install my carseat and gave me a crash course on what to do and how to do it. He Checked to make sure everything was in there right. It was also getting ready to rain, and started to rain at the end of everything. He was so nice and his kindness is much appreciated. I can not thank him enough. Just wanted to say thank you again, and your kindness doesn't go unnoticed.”
