“You should go here. I have never had a more thorough doctor. It's a wonderful practice, and both the doctor and NP I have seen have been wonderful. My memory isn't super, but I believe that I have been seeing Dr. Mirande for somewhere around 15 years. I started seeing her on a recommendation from another patient. I lived in Carrollton at the time. Since then, my husband started seeing her on my recommendation and 2 of my children see her as well. I do not think that I could be happier with the care provided here. I grew up in a tiny town with a small hospital and very small medical practices - my family doctor was also a surgeon at the small local hospital. Dr. Mirande's practice is the only family practice that I have felt equally as welcome with.”

“A Dream Come True I have started my journey for weight loss with JourneyLite in October 2022. I was uncertain as to whether I’d be brave enough to go through the actual surgery, so Dr. Augusta and I decided to start the plan with weight loss medicine while proceeding with the (potential) goal of surgery. I informed Dr. Augusta that a previous surgeon declined to proceed due to my several abdomen surgeries and related scar tissues – he assured me that he would try his best, but would interrupt if it was too complicated to make sure I didn’t have any major risks. Fast forward to April 2023 when I decided I wanted to go ahead, so the surgery was scheduled for August 2, 2023. Dr. Augusta performed the surgery acknowledging that it was challenging, but did not give up and made sure he was able to complete it successfully and with no issues. There aren’t many words to express how amazing this team has been throughout this whole process! From the office staff to the nurses both in the office and the surgery facility they all made me feel cared for, safe and it truly felt like family!
