Not only was the front desk kind and clear on what I needed to complete but every single person I dealt with in a 2 hour period was friendly and made me feel comfortable talking. The person who did my actual assessment also looked up other doctors who could help with a problem they don't specialize in, which was extremely helpful and no other place has done that for me. They were extremely busy and got me through the process with ease and explained the next steps so I'm prepared for what comes next. Open waiting area with free hot coffee, old baseball and coke decor, and community chess/checkers board give the place a classic barbershop feel. Dude has a record player and a massive collection, and when you're in the chair you can pick what plays. How cool is that? Prices reasonable, especially for the quality of the service. I drive 25 minutes from Columbus and pass probably ten barbershops to come here. Can't recommend enough.”
