He answered all of my questions and before leaving I was instructed to call if there's anything else I need. I must say that I was a bit concerned with some of the negative ratings, mostly about him not being "nice." I found Dr. Armile to be cordial and pleasant. Please realize that the physician treating you is a human being with specialized education and training. Some are more talkative than others, which may be confused with being "nice" (which is not a skill involved in diagnosing, or treating a disease). If you're seeking a competent dermatologist, I recommend Dr. Armile.”

She is definitely a people person, professional, knowledgeable, and explained each detail of the imaging, which was my entire digestive system. I was surprised she has been working in the field a long time because she was energetic and appeared highly motivated. Its been a long time since I had that much attention by a medical professional. I also want to comment on the other staff members. The you lady at the front counter was extremely pleasant and helpful as was the lady who collected my medical information. I was really dreading the imaging and they all made me feel extremely comfortable and offered a cup of coffee. I will seek to have all my future imaging with Sugarcreek.”

“Dr. Williams has been our Dr. for 10 plus years- when my now 9 y/o son was a baby I went through 2 different pediatricians trying to figure out what was wrong with his hearing. Both Dr’s. Dismissed my concerns. Finally, I took him to see my husband and I’s Dr.- Dr. Williams- and she diagnosed a hearing issue and immediately sent us to an ENT. There was in fact a major issue. When he had surgery the ENT said we were mere moths away from severe hearing loss. I am so thankful for her and her staff. After that we switched all 4 of our kids over to her and have always had great experiences. She’s also extremely personable. My oldest boys are now 25 and 20 and they feel so comfortable with her. I thoroughly enjoy my relationship with Dr. Williams because she’s not just my Dr, but truly feels like a friend.”
