Jason, the Assistant Manager, always remembers my name and it makes it way less awkward walking into a gym. I'm definitely not as young as I used to be, and going to the gym is much harder now, but the PF in Alliance always makes you feel welcome! My wife is a Black Card member as well, and when we work out together we prefer to come to Alliance even though the North Canton PF is closer to her work. I tell everyone who is trying to have a healthier lifestyle that they need to look at Planet Fitness...the equipment is ALWAYS clean, the facilities are very well maintained, and it's actually refreshing to meet such kind and welcoming staff. Believe me, people my age definitely appreciate all of you!”

“I've brought my daughters here twice now for classes. This place is awesome. The kids are well instructed. There are numerous instructors working with individual groups of kids based on their skillset. It is a big place, and there is a lot going on, but the instrustors manage it well, keeping it organized. The younger children have fun during classes, you can see it across the board. The older ones are a bit more focused on improving their craft, great place. Space is somewhat limited for spectators but it has simultaneously never been over crowded. I recommend these classes and this place for young children and for young adults.”

“I don't understand the poor reviews. My mom is here, and is very well cared for. Mom is mid-late stage Alzheimers, wheelchair/bed bound. Sponge bath every morning and evening, followed by fresh clothes/ pajamas. Two showers per week. Fresh bedding every day. Great activities, great one on one time. All nurses, aides, and staff are friendly and caring. Sometimes a bit slow, but they're understaffed (like everyone else). Food is good. Place is older, but they clean constantly. This is mom's 4th place, and by far, the best. Davette, Kathy, Mary, and Pi are all awesome! I wish I could remember the others' names, but I haven't met anyone who wasn't kind and caring.”
