Not a lot of gym equipment here but when done right and with the proper technique you will be glad there isn't, along with a variety of ways to challenge yourself. I also love that each class is always different so boredom is NOT an issue! Finally, everyone is encouraging and truly cheers one another on. There are some drs I wouldn’t see but there are several that are great and I've never seen a rude nurse there now the Secretarys maybe ya they had some covid restrictions but if you were sick and needed to be seen in office they did so the last comment makes no sense! They don't make you wait long there I would not go anywhere else. The only Dr I don't recommend is Dr Shultz”
