Overall the strength equipment offerings are solid and there are plenty of barbells, bumper plates, as well as calibrated competition plates for the powerlifting and weightlifting teams to use for training. One area where the offerings are a little anemic is with cardio equipment. Understandably so since the focus is competitive training, but it makes the place less than ideal for general training. The other issue that the gym suffers from is a byproduct of its own success. When both competition teams are in the space, it is very hard to handle getting equipment and utilizing space for your own workout. A solid offering for NE Ohio Gyms! If my focus was still competitive weightlifting I would stay here for the long haul.”
