“I needed care in my home while waiting for a care agency that accepts my Medicaid Program, Passport Services. I'm permanently disabled and in a wheelchair and I'm a senior citizen. Jewish Family Services offered to pay for care services for me for 3 months. They hired Home Instead to be that agency. From the beginning of meeting them I was totally impressed. Michelle came to my home to meet me and do an assessment. We talked and laughed and she was an absolute delight to be with. The two caregivers that were assigned to me for 16 hours a week are the nicest two young ladies and excellent caregivers. I am so enjoying them being with me. The one I have the most is named Sarai and I just love her. Gina was with me for a short time, just every other Friday, and she is also very charming and polite. Home Instead has been very attentive towards me and making sure that everything is going right with my care they are providing. Home Instead is very, very professional and thorough in organizing and keeping me informed. The ladies I spoke to in the office are very polite and show much concern for me. All in all, I just love Home Instead and I would recommend this to everyone who need a care agency. I can't say enough good things about them so I'll sum it up like this, "I LOVE THEM" and thank them for all their care.”

The office was organized and professional, and I was called back to a room nearly immediately. Dr. Hunt was personable and I could tell he “knew his stuff”. Something folks need to keep in mind is that all cardiologists have an inflated ego, so I just go in expecting that. That’s just part of the way they are trained. I was pleased with my visit and would be happy to go back.”
