Receptionist really helped explain the financial side which I appreciated and offered options for payment. Almost didn't go with them based on my experience with the phone rep during scheduling but I called back and got a different more professional representative who handled my call with care. No matter what the issue has been, they always answered my questions, contacted my Dr if necessary to get a change order, and have been very expedient on filling my equipment orders on a timely basis. They even went above and beyond when my portable oxygen unit went bad the afternoon before Thanksgiving last year. They made a 50 mile delivery Thanksgiving morning to my home with a new unit, so I could spend the holiday with my family later in the day.”

When I arrived my nurse Elizabeth, had a packet for me outlining the country to include shots needed, regions, embassies, reputable hospitals in each region etc. great explanation of what shots were/were not needed based on my itinerary. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Not cheap, but comparable to Dr.’s office, but do not take insurance. I would recommend for info and shots you can not get at the Health dept. or Dr.’s office”
