“The interior furnishings are very deluxe and comfortable. There are six nice tennis courts and a full workout area with machines and free weights. The locker rooms are very nice, with saunas. My only complaint is that it gets hot on the courts in the summer because they are not air conditioned.”

“Chriss has a dynamic personality and is very engaging. Her classes are very informative and FUN. I have repeated the class several times. I have certainly learned how to eat and live healthy from Chriss but taking it again helps keep me motivated. One nice benefit is learning how to cook the healthy meals and to sample them with our weekly dinner before class.
