“I had a wonderful visit at this office. I was going to a gyno at Adena, but I love this office so much more! The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel comfortable. I saw Amy Barrows for my visit and she was super nice and took the time to get to know me without being pushy or invasive. She was also gentle during the physical exam, aka easiest pap smear I've ever had. My only complaint is sometimes the nurses available via phone are hard to get a hold of. I've had to call several times about my birth control and most times the line was busy, but that's not really a fault on their part. Especially since they always get back to me when I leave a message.”

“My mom went on vacation and fractured her pelvis in 5 places. After a week in hospital out of town we transferred her back home. She had to go to rehab before she could go home and we were lucky to get a bed at Lancia Ville. She was there a month and did so well. The staff nurses and aids were so caring and helpful, my mom loved them. The food was very good and they too had wonderfully kind staff. Lastly, we wanted to thank the PT department who took my mom from bed to walking and finally home!
