I can be at 3 hospitals and 1 urgent care and they mess me up but I see Nikki and she listens and then goes with a plan of action 1st time medication works no need for a second action lol she’s caring, easy to talk to, listens, she definitely deserves a good star for best doctor in Ohio. Also Amy the receptionist she greets you with love in her voice welcomes you like home and takes great care of you before you leave even repeats instructions in case you need it. “I went today to pick up my. Prescription after 2 messages that it is ready. The pharmacist tells me the office. Cancelled my prescription . The doctors just ordered it yesterday in place of a similar medication I was having problems with. The guy was very dismissive and walked away with no thought to resolve issue.I called the physicians office spoke with the medical assistant she said the pharmacist made a mistake. They have I inexperienced staff in place with no concern for a patients health which should be. Their first concern. Update: 3/2/22I heard back from the pharmacist regarding he did acknowledge. The mistake was the. Office . The issue of him not being concerned and realizing the harm I could suffer of not having this medication was not addressed nor his lack of hospitality towards me. He did shine on my after emergency hospital visit medications. He showed med medication conflicts . He did awesome and I appreciate that. I know he is busy serving all customers. Just please beware this job. Is not. A restaurant or. Department store. Actual lives are in your hands. Thank you for any misunderstanding. I applaud your attention to my medication and hope to enjoy Walgrens going forward.”

“The staff is grear, my midwife Anne was amazing, as well as Olivia. I was there for both my pregnancies and the treatment was great. The pregnancy centering program is unbelievable and both my boys are in five Rivers pediatrics with Jeremy and we all love them too, the nurses there are the best as well! Everyone has been so kind here, they take care of their patients without judgment and with compassion. They’ve been super accommodating with their scheduling (as much as they can be); helping me fit in treatments around my own work schedule. “I am incredibly pleased with the care that my mother-in-law is receiving at The Laurels of Massillon. The admission process was very easy. At the initial care conference, the social worker and the assistant director of nursing were very aware of my mother-in-law's background and answered all of my wife's questions. The staff on her wing are extremely kind and try to motivate her as much as possible. My wife can log in and see exactly what her mom's stats are at any given time. The rooms are very clean and I love that the facility is calm and does not have a "frantic" feel about it. Reception staff are very friendly, as well.”
