The main ones were that Steve Barber took time to review in detail what they could do, set realistic estimates of pricing in our first meeting, and was extremely responsive. We could tell he cared about the quality of work and ensuring transparency. We remodeled 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, added a 2 car garage, and patio. We are THRILLED with the outcome. I couldn’t recommend Steve Barber Construction enough. It’s very hard to find a contractor you can trust and rely on for suggestions. We truly felt like a team. His crew was super friendly and professional as well. You will not be disappointed if you hire them!”

Store employees are a little young and therefore that contributes to some aspects of the customer service, but in general, it’s usually a positive experience. This is the best CVS, as well. Great service. Overall, this store feels like a completely different chain than some of the older Targets in Columbus. Way more selection and items than the Polaris store. Everything is set up in such a great way - the design of the clothes section even got me buying Target clothes again.”

After several months I had an issue with the carpet they had installed. Monica immediately visited my home and agreed that there was a problem and that she would have her installation foreman take a look at it. He visit was also prompt and he concurred that the carpet needed to be replaced. Not only was the carpet replaced but the padding as well. They wanted me to have "fresh and new" just as I had originally paid for. I cannot tell you how touched i was by this gesture and will never go anywhere else for my floor furnishing.
