“I am a cellist with professional playing skills. I recently purchased a cello for personal use that was 21 years old, but had not been played for six years. I was quite familiar with the maker and knew the general condition of the instrument. But upon receiving the instrument, I learned that the lower two strings lacked focus and the upper two did not have the zing I required. Fifteen minutes with Mr. Alfaro was all it took for him to diagnose the situation. After a neck raise, a higher soundpost, and a higher bridge were installed , the cello roared back to the life I knew it had in it. Upon receiving the instrument back again, Pablo took the time to explain to me the physics of why the cello needed the work it did. He did so in such a manner that I completely understood how the changes were made and why they were necessary. This is my third time that I have visited Alfaro Violins, coming to his shop from several hours away. He does excellent work and I highly recommend him. As well, his shop is conveniently located close to the I-85 / I-285 interchange on the east side of the Atlanta metro area.”

The individuals at their print center immediately got on task and were able to take the digital image from my wife's phone and quickly turn it into a professional product that my wife will be happy to share at the conference where she is performing this weekend. All of the staff at the print shop were fast and courteous and professional. Then we worked our way over to the printers and got a real education from Gerald. The differences between laser and inkjet printers, which printers were more and less expensive for their ink, which printers were workhorses and which could be depended upon to give accurate color representation of an original. This is a great store and is the place to go when you need professional and expert help.”

“Discount Drains was great to work with. We were having issues with the sink and tub drains in our bathroom. They were able to provide a free estimate using video chat and were able to come out the same day. The tech was very professional and was able to get the drain running. He let us know that unclogging would only be a temporary fix since our pipes were galvanized and corroding from the inside and would eventually need replacing to prevent more clogs. They were able to provide an estimate on the spot for replacing the pipes. We had them come back to replace the pipes and the techs that were out were great. They were on time, explained everything they would be doing, showed us everything they did once they were finished and were very polite and professional. Both experiences were very positive and their prices were affordable. I would definately use them again and would recommend their services.”
