“Went to St. Luke's Hospital on June 5, 2018 for a medical procedure. Checked in at 8:15 AM on June 5, checked out on June 6 at 11:30 AM. All went well with the exception of one instance of service on June 5 in the evening. When the nurse made her rounds @ 7:30 PM I let her know I would like to take a walk later in the evening, she said for the 1st walk she needs to be present to make sure I'm stable. I called @ 8:50 & said I'm ready to walk. 9:40 nothing. Take a look @ the info board, 9:40 is my next pain meds. I called again & requested my meds! 9:50 nothing! By now I'm in pain, I called again with a light weight go off; "I called a hour ago for a walk, then I called @ 9:40 for meds and I've gotten nothing! She tried to explain how busy the floor has been. I said busy or not its been an hour, that's unacceptable, so you know it took them another 15 mins, (1 hr 15 mins total), to come. I want to file a complaint! I'm ready to go home! Other than that everything else was good, surprisingly enough, even the food. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone”

“My wife and I walked in and were greeted by two professional polite gentlemen. They weren't pushy, but were very attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable. We went to other stores in the area and none of them had the customer service these guys did. Only reason I gave for stars is our order should be in next week. So far so good, once our stuff is delivered I'm anticipating I will be updating this to 5 stars. Thank you for your top notch service. “Still the best place around for Chinese food. I don't live in St. Paul anymore, but still make the drive for take out, and can't wait til they're doing dine in again. Newest discovery is the Orange Beef. Sooo good. Also, the employees there are all wonderful. When I took my mom there, she told them what kind of food she wanted and they showed her a couple menu options, and then modified it to what she wanted.”

“I contacted Bed Bug BBQ for an inspection - the front office was quick to get me in contact with Dan and also provide an estimate and details on the process. Dan followed up within minutes and worked with my schedule to come out that same day. He is also a very friendly and personable guy. He came by, inspected my home and could not find any evidence of the critters but did give us great info and a better understanding of their process. If we had them, I would definitely want to work with this company.”

The one thing I really appreciated was the level of customer service even in spite of how small the job was in comparison to others. “We have been using this service for years and they are great. Always knock on the door to let me know they are heading into the yard before they start. If weather delays any portion of the work they tell me either in person or via a card, and come back as they promise when the weather clears. I NEVER have to call to remind them. They do not let me miss a fire ant treatment just because of weather. My current technician, they do not change often, is always polite and on time!”
