“Josh Salas was the representative who helped us purchase our first flag pole with two flags and he was outstanding. This was taking place when there was a shortage of flag poles due to high demand and COVID-19 and the delivery and installation were outstanding. The company contacted utility companies for us to make sure the dig was legal and the installers did a great job of accepting delivery of the pole from the semi truck to full installation. It was turnkey. We are very impressed with the products and service.”

She got me in and out, including the purchase of a miniature fridge which was loaded into my vehicle might I add, very quickly and efficiently. Her training and years of experience are noticed and I prefer the human to human interaction and experience of shopping in store for this specific reason. If you frequent a certain store you usually become very friendly with certain associates so I would go out of my way to shop in a store that I know has one of my favorite associates, versus online shopping or another option.”
