“We had European starlings nesting in our second floor dryer vent. Jonathan came out within a few days of my call to remove the nest, clean out our whole dryer duct, and install a new vent that is both bird proof and doesn't trap lint at the opening. He did a great job and it didn't even take very long. He also helped me identify a spot on our house where starlings had likely nested in the past (but our new roof has kept them away). Great service, very nice! Will definitely call again if we have another wildlife issue at our house.”

“I highly recommend Beavercreek Appliance! They have experienced technicians and provide a quick turnaround when you need it. Jessie has completely rebuilt my 20 year old Sub Zero refrigerator, saving us not only the expense of a new refrigerator, but a possible renovation because it is built into our cabinets. Today Jessie retrofitted my Dacor 48” range (also 20 years old) with a new glass insert for the door of the small oven, even though Beavercreek Appliance does not typically support Dacor products. Dacor had told us that the replacement glass insert was no longer available, which left me with one oven, or a new 48” range which would cost over $10,000 today! We ordered the heat proof glass and Jessie took the door apart, and carefully replaced the glass. It looks brand new! So I now have my 2 ovens back and could not be happier! Thank you Beavercreek Appliance, and especially Jessie!”

“After an estimate of $3900 from another company (later reduced to $3100), I found Surefire. I had a pretty heavy infestation in my bedroom, and while I didn't have severe reactions to the bites, I knew I had to eradicate the bed bugs. Brett saved my life--and a whole lot of money. The equipment I rented (heaters, fans, cords and laser thermometer) was exactly what I had seen online for $2000 to buy and had considered doing that. In fact, when I met Brett to pick up the equipment, I discovered that he had purchased from the same company I had talked to, the same person. This is a VERY user-friendly company! I had several emails and phone conversations with Brett and later Ryan over the time I dealt with Surefire. Every time they were patient and willing to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. I was intimidated at first by the equipment/process of DIY bed bug treatment, but the detailed instructions Brett gave me were easy to follow. I found the equipment very easy to use, and I had no difficulty with the treatment. The lowest price I found prior to finding Surefire was $1000 to rent--for one day. I had one Elite 8 heater and three fans for three days, and my total cost was less than $600. I think it's a significant advantage to be able to rent for multiple days to make sure you get get a certain "kill." I treated three rooms. If you have discovered bed bugs in your house, I strongly recommend Surefire Rental--unless you have money to burn.”

“This Wal-Mart usually is stocked and ready for the world . No problems with CS or store. But I do think they should be more strict on what is supposed to go in the cart. The cart to transport items you purchase at the store. For your convenience a place on the cart has been provided for infant and small children. Putting Your dog in a cart that someone else's food is going in is inconsiderate. Having your teenager but sitting in the cart is unsanitary and unnecessary.”
