He did a fantastic job lowering the action and adjusting the truss rod to make the guitar 100% more playable. It sounds beautiful and I really enjoy playing it again now. After talking with Kevin, he is very knowledgeable about acoustic guitars and how to truly customize a guitar built for the individual. We went through Home Appliance for our new home as they were the preferred vendor for our builder, Petros, and the experience was world's apart from what we would have gotten at a big box retailer. Lenny, the sales associate we worked with, may be the most knowledgeable and helpful rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with, on any purchase, ever. His expertise on appliances should qualify him for a PhD - he had detailed information on each brand, appliance type, and model that we had questions about. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and helped us finalize our choices in one visit. He went above and beyond to make sure the appliances would be available for install and that we would qualify for any rebates. He responded quickly to emails/voicemails, and was always super friendly and energetic. I cannot say enough good things about him. When our appliances were finally installed, we did have a few issues. We reported these to HA's service department, and someone reached out to us immediately and we had technicians scheduled to come out right away. The techs were courteous of our home and quickly fixed all issues. Its a great feeling knowing we have a competent team to turn to should things pop up again. We feel so fortunate to have worked with Lenny and the rest of the Home Appliance team. “Super excited to check out this outlet store. It has a lot of nice pieces but they are mostly picked through so many of the pieces left are broken or cracked. With that said, I saw some seasonal items (patio furniture) marked almost 90% off. Today, they had an additional 30% off dining table and chairs which took tables from $2k down to $620.
