“I had a 10 year old Toro lawnmower that died on me recently. I needed to purchase a lawnmower at a decent price. I went to Home Depot and their supply of lawnmowers at this time in the fall season was limited. Plus the customer service person who helped me wasn't really trying to give me any additional options, so that didn't leave a great impression in my mind with this particular experience 😖 I decided to go check out Dunn Hardware and was glad I did. They only had one brand they were selling at this time;however, the very helpful man was able to tell me about the brand and its overall reliability. He wasn't just trying to sell me the product just to make a sale, he was letting me know I was getting a good mower for a good price. That experience was something you don't get at the larger retailers. I purchased the EGO LI-N electric lawnmower and I'm happy with my purchase. He reminded me to go online to register my mower for the warranty and helped me take the box out to my car. I would recommend anyone who needs equipment to check out Dunn first and you'll be surprised with the great service and cost 😊”

But I need to go back this week...and I was able to get my things off the photo machine easier this time because of the guy who helped me last week awesome right....the lady who was working today was not very helpful almost rude .. I ordered 5 very small pictures and I could see there were only about 5 people ahead of me so it shouldn't be to long of a wait and the computer said 12:20 they would be ready so I waited and the lady says it's going to be awhile I'm like ok how long she didn't know.. I explained the time on the computer it said when to pick up .she said that's only suggested time I said ok how much longer?? She didn't know. Well come to find out my pictures were all done and sitting there. But she would rather keep telling me no...then a customer came in and received their pictures( this customer and I were talking while picking out what to print and she came after me so that why I asked about her)I said how do they get there pictures before me she said they only have small pictures thinking to myself I got the 2 smallest sizes what is going on ...it was like pulling teeth to asking this lady to check ..when she finally did she could only say oh sorry I can't remember everything I'm thinking she would rather argue with me than just check the pictures. Really.....”

“Sent the owner Trey an email at his email address re: half bath and hall bath work last summer. With Covid and my mother's illness (she passed away) it was a year before I contacted him again. Sent details as requested previously. Waited 3 days and no response. So I called and the message said use website. I filled out another request. No response. Five days later and called and left vm. Waited 4 days and no response. Called about 4::45p (website said they close at 5p) and the phone picked up and after a few seconds was HUNG UP. So, went to FB and left message inquiring if they're still in business. NO RESPONSE. Used them twice before and had Bill and Emerson and they were great! Although they always seem to have someone new and the previous employees have left the company. No idea what's up with them now or if still in business. REALLY disappointing. UPDATE: Trey called and we set up appt. w/ Richard. He had surgery and was out for a while. Richard came on time and installed about 15 pictures/paintings and some towel bars. Everything went fine.”

Ron's experience in working on older homes allowed as to discuss some of our different options and price points when talking through the quoting process, and we didn't feel pressured to make a decision. They were flexible with a couple of additions/adjustments to plans during the beginning stages of the process. Josh and the rest of the team did quality work, and they did a really good job matching to the original trim/baseboard in areas that required it. We would definitely look at using the Kaye team again for future projects.”

“Nice experience. Did a small photo book. It took about 25 pictures i think 🤔. Chose the pictures on my phone. Arranged them in the order I want. They have basic editing on the online platform to use. But, edit your pictures on your device or with any editing apps/ software. Then just add it. It will save you a lot of time. It takes about 24hrs or less for the production. I added my pictures at night then went to the walgreens location i added to my order the next day to get it. You can pay online or pay in store. Super easy. I love how they tured out. 👍”
