The entire process up to closing day was done electronically and governed by professionalism and timely communication throughout. We had a complicated acquisition with a difficult and reluctant seller who was trying to back out of the contract to chase a higher price. Title 1st attorney Paul Revelson exhibited remarkable patience and legal dexterity in shepherding the transaction to completion . He and his Title Processor Sara Blakely stayed on top of the everchanging conditions and kept us completely and promptly informed of complexities.
