Jaivyen was extremely friendly throughout the entire exchange (which only took about 10 minutes in total, because he also provided fast and efficient service), he took the time to speak with me about my day and displayed phenomenal customer care and attentiveness. Unfortunately in the current world that we live in, there are many people who no longer value customer appreciation. However, today that was not the case. My husband was also very impressed with the way in which he cleaned the ring, and stated that it looked brand new!”

“Clean store and great piercing. Staff is the only reason its not a 5 star. I went in to get my nose done and the lady helping me showed me the basic studs but did not tell me the prices. I got a simple piece , cleaner and the piercing itself. The total came out to over double the listed price on the website. The jeweler did not tell me the cost of the piercing which was a bit frustrating. Also they were very short and I did not feel welcomed. The peircing itself was fast and easy and so far so good.”

“I could not be more impressed or thrilled with the result of having an oil portrait of my fourth great-grandfather cleaned and repaired by Wiebold. They are of the most cautious and thorough art restorers in the field today. His portrait had been mounted to acidic Masonite with glue, and the staff were able carefully remove the canvas from the Masonite, reline the painting, stretch it over a frame, remove the old varnish, revarnish, and infill any loss.
