The lady who did it worked quickly, but methodically, explaining each step of the process as she went. She made our experience feel safe and our daughter did so well. She usually cries when a stranger just looks at her but she didn’t cry until the piercing happened. Even then, it was just for less than a minute.”

“Excellent experience. We brought our child to this store for an ear piercing she desperately wanted. She lost her nerve when it was time to go through with it and it took a VERY long time for her to make up her mind and then screw up her courage. Carly, the ear piercing specialist in the store that day, was tremendously warm and encouraging. She treated our daughter with superhuman patience and lots of respect. The piercing process itself was affordable, quick, simple, done with careful attention to detail, the piercing environment was very clean and the equipment sterile. We received clear aftercare instructions and we have had no problems with the piercing after the fact. I was doubtful about whether to bring my child to a mall store for a piercing and we had considered going to a professional piercing salon instead. I am glad that we made the choice to bring her here. It was a very positive experience. Thanks.”
