“This is a nice and clean laundromat. It was nice and cool inside. There's nice seating areas throughout and nice magazines to look at while you do your laundry. They have modern machines and the extra big ones. I washed 2 twin quilts today. I was surprised how dry they were after just 15 minutes in the jumbo dryer. The attendant was very helpful and friendly. They also had a very nice bathroom. There's a laundry soap and softener dispenser machine and there's a pop machine and snack machine. The owner was filling the soap and fabric softener dispenser while I was there. He is very friendly too. I will absolutely go back, I found it to be very relaxing.”

He came home from work in a bad mood and yes the carpet was wet, he did not try to call RC Carpet to see if they could do anything about it. He just wrote the review which was not fair. This carpet was trashed, and it cleaned up beautifully, I would rehire them again to clean this carpet when the need arises.”

“I have to shave off one star because if you text the number they have on the wall that it says to text when something goes wrong (i.e. a machine breaks mid cycle) hell will freeze over before they respond, so good luck getting money refunded from a broken machine. However their prices are decent, the location convenient, and it feels pretty safe in there even late at night, so it's still my favorite place to do laundry, I just wish they had some customer service.”

“Much nicer laundromat than some other places in the area. The prices are better as well. The only downside, is that there's no A.C. 🥵 They take quarters and debit/credit cards. They have a machine to change your bills into smaller bills and a machines to change your smaller bills into quarters. 💵💳 They also have beverage and snack vending machines that take bills or coins. 🥤🍿 Now for the important part... PRICES!! 💲 20 lb washers are $3.00 30 lb washers are $4.00 40 lb washers are $5.00 50 lb washers are $5.75 60 lb washers are $7.00 80 lb washers are $9.00 30 lb dryers are 50 cents for 14 mins. 50 lb dryers are 75 cents for 15 mins. I used the 40 lb washers and the cycle took 26 mins. The 50 lb dryers took three 15 min cycles on low heat for my clothes, and two cycles on high heat for my towels. Some of my towels still weren't quite dry, so I threw those in the other dryer for the third cycle. You cannot add just 25 cents for an extra 5 mins. You have to add the full amount for another full dry cycle if you need to dry for longer. I'm only giving 4 stars, because I felt like I was being rushed out of the place. I got there at about 7pm, and the employee was already doing closing duties and getting the place clean. No big deal. However, as I was folding my last load of laundry, he turned out all of the lights, except the one above me, shut the blinds, and set the mop bucket right beside me. This made me uncomfortable being a single female in a mostly dark business. He also turned the fans off around 8pm, which made it miserably hot inside. I understand wanting to go home after work, but these things would have taken him 5 mins, max, once I was out the door. He just seemed so annoyed that I walked out at 9:04. 🙄 Hope this helps! 🧺”

“I am here on Christmas to do 7 loads of laundry (almost everything we have) because our pipes bursted. This laundry mat is open and available for use and I’m really grateful! It is not very clean in the facility itself, but all of the washers and dryers seem wiped out and clean. The loads are super fast too! I had to do a couple rounds for the dryer cycles, but it only takes about 15 minutes for each cycle. For my first time at a laundry mat, I am very content with what this places offers. Best part: you can pay for the washer machines via an app on your phone!”

“9/26/2022 I very rarely give 5 star reviews for any place I review BUT this place has earned those stars from a 1st time customer. I usually go to Maytag Laundromat on Alex Bell Rd. West Carrollton but they continually go up on prices without the benefit of new mahines. And they actually lessened the drying time by 1 min. but kept the price the same. I've been looking for another 'mat to visit. I'VE FOUND IT!!!! I believe this place stays open until 9 p.m. but don't quote me on it. There is plenty of parking. Nicely lit inside. Upon entering I noticed the place was extremely clean!!! They have a plethora of front loading washing machine all different sizes & prices and the same for the dryers. NOT A SINGLE ONE OUT OF SERVICE!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Plenty of seats, 2 bathrooms & overall I'm impressed!! Sorry Maytag on Alex Bell rd. YOU'VE LOST A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER!!!! “Very nice place, clean and I have my sisters clothes done by the staff. They do the washing and drying and folding, and alway do a wonderful job. The only problem being Megan she does not like me and I always have someone else drop off and pick up the laundry. I spend a lot of money at the laundry bin and Sunday August 20, 2023 I sent a friend in for me because Megan is very difficult to deal with. My friend walked in and no hello or welcome said, because she knows my friend because we have been going to the laundry bin for a long time. I think she needs a attitude adjustment or maybe find a job she likes???”

“My dryer went out and i had a ton of laundry to do so i went ahead and did it all here since it was the closest laundromat and i needed work clothes for the next day. The lady working (I believe her name is Candi) was so sweet! Talking with her really helped pass the time while waiting on things to wash and dry! VERY CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT!! A few of our clothes didnt come clean but that very well could have been my own fault. The small washers are pretty small so I probably added to many clothes. Will definitely be back if I'm in need again!”
