They were super accommodating on the times that I requested for their services. They arrived on time and were very personable. They made me feel so comfortable that I ended up taking a nap while they cleaned the carpets! I had low expectations for the result of the carpet cleaning due to the amount of stains on the carpet throughout the building. To say I was amazed after they were done would be an understatement. The carpets looked so much better. They even called me two days later to see if I was pleased with the carpets after it had dried. Amazing customer service! They are very honest, extremely friendly and a joy to be around! I will continue to use Ace Carpet Cleaning for my personal and professional needs!”

They have been attentive, polite and SUPER patient with me during my few visits. They helped me every step of the way, even waited while I finished folding super late before closing.
