“I have washed my clothes here off and on over the years. It's normally not overcrowded or too busy. There are a lot of different sized washers to choose from, and the newer ones take cards, not just quarters. There's only 2 huge dryers though. It would be nice if there were a few more. This place is always well maintained and cleaned. I'm not sure if it's still cleaned daily or not I haven't seen Juanita the lady who cleans the place in a long time so I'm not sure if she's still cleaning or if they have someone else doing it.”

“We found the Washington Ave laundromat with older equipment BUT totally was a great experience. There was only one washer and one dryer that were not working but were labeled as such. There are sufficient countertops for folding your clean clothes. The laundromat has an attendant there all the time so there's no surprises when the equipment isn't working and there is no help in sight. I recommend Washington Ave laundromat highly.🌝”

“It’s decently priced. Not the most expensive place I’ve done laundry at, and with a laundry card you do get free dries within like 30 minutes. Unfortunately I think I’ve been paying to dry my clothes cuz it takes 30 minutes for the clothes to go through the wash. Maybe I’m wrong on the timing. 🤷♂️ the staff can be a little weird and sometimes a little snarky, especially after they mop(which I understand, but you work in the public, my bad for coming in after you’ve mopped and I had no way of knowing. Didn’t need some snarky remarks). All round good place to get you clothes washed. Side note: you guys may wanna limit the dryers to two per person. There have been several times where I’ve came in and every dryer is full because of one person putting like three pieces of clothes in the dryer and then moving over to the next one. Makes it really difficult when I have to wait an extra 20 minutes just to dry my clothes. Just some food for thought to accommodate all your customers. 😁”
