“Wow!!! Worth the 40 mile (round trip)! I live on the edge of Franklin County and Delaware County. I have a DMV south of me in Westerville however the wait is typically 90 minutes to 2 hours. Thought I’d take to drive to Delaware and when I pulled into the DMV parking lot, I “checked in” online, was assigned a number and said it was a 17 minute wait. I got in and out in less than 20 minutes. Staff is friendly and Nate, who assisted me, was personable, friendly and it was absolutely incredible how helpful he was to everyone that was there.”

“It was my first time coming in. I stopped in the office and asked a few questions, the staff was very nice informative. You drive on the scale get a weight, drive to the back of the property and back up to the pile of stuff and unload. When you're done you go back to the scale and get your empty weight and you leave. Very easy, very clean facility. I did not feel like I was going to lose a tire to scrap or nails.”

“It’s a government office that is great until you need to use it. Joking of course but don’t come here expecting short lines when it’s the day for elections. Any other day except the last three for general elections will be great and simple to walk in with your license and vote. Otherwise your going to come to a parking nightmare and waiting line that was your own fault for waiting last minute knowingly it would be bad in any case. When it’s not about general elections then you can’t find a better spot to come in and do your business and leave.”
