My Mom is 92 and they were so patient with her. She needed a state ID and we also transferred a car title. I was so relieved to have such a pleasant and fast experience. “Hey guys, I was having a hard time especially around the holiday season and I just could not get ahold of anybody so my food stamps were stopped... We made it through and I understand how that goes. I saw that it was open online and drove up there with the kids, but I see that the building is closed, they must just be open to calls... That I have not had much luck with or my food stamp account would not be close currently. I know these ladies work really hard so I'm going to keep trying when I get home until it is time to go to work, every day if I have to. I guess it's a hard time for everyone. I just wanted to post the picture in case anyone thought the building was open, it is not yet!”
