“We had a horrible experience trying to get passports at the Post Office. On the way to the Post Office, I heard an ad on the radio stating that the Auto Title office was doing passports. So after failing at the Post Office, we went straight to the Auto Title on Heatherdowns. It turned out we were the first passports they had done since the pandemic hit. It was the first day they were doing them again. Everything went perfectly. They were very through and professional. She had no trouble remembering everything even after not doing any for a year.
