“We called and unbeknownst to us they were actually closing early that night. They asked how soon we could get there and we were really hungry so I was like I'll be there in like 15 minutes. So they were very gracious and went ahead and made our food for us. This is only the second time that we've had this pizza and honestly I don't really remember the first time but this time around it was actually really good. It was pretty reasonably priced and the gentleman he was a younger gentleman but he was very kind when I went to pick it up. “I purchased catering services for my daughters baby shower located at my home, outside under tents. Karen returned my call promptly (and she was on vacation), we spoke again to finalize details. She was wonderful in answering my questions regarding the menu for the guest count. Karen and her husband delivered the food at the time we agreed and it was provided on trays with a perfect visual presentation. ALL the food was DELICIOUS!! My guests were impressed and I was very pleased. Catering provided me time to enjoy the day with family and friends and not fuss in the kitchen. The chicken salad, sandwiches, pasta, appetizer tray, fruit tray, and veggie tray were spot-on!! Also ordered fresh baked cookies and a cake. Our theme included hot-air balloons and they provided an assortment of cookies and one design was a hot-air balloon! Just AMAZING!!!! I'll use Karen's service again and highly recommend!!! I've known people who have worked at Cristy's in the past, and they've been able to attest to the quality ingredients used. The subs and even salads are great as well if somebody doesn't want pizza. The two downsides of Cristy's are both cost. One cost is the price being higher than competition, which I feel is justified. The other cost is possibly your health as this is the greasiest pizza I've ever encountered. These add up to Cristy's being a great choice on occasion. This location has somewhat tight parking next to the building, but there's an abundance of space across the road.”

I ordered online delivery, and apparently delivery for this Marcos, ends at 11:30, and I missed that (my typical self 🙃), so I called and told them that I didn't have a way out there to get it, and then decided that I could probably walk down, and get my son's car, to drive out there. The man on the phone was SUPER nice, and he made the choice to find someone to bring it to me, so that I didn't have to try and get out there. Then, the guy that delivered it, was SUPER nice, as well. I did leave a tip from my card, but this is one of those moments where I wish I had had, cash on hand, to give him another tip! I work in a restaurant, and I know how frustrating these types of situations can be, but I was treated with respect and ultimate kindness, which makes me want to go above and beyond for our own customers. “Okay pizza. I ordered a gluten-free pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. They load on the cheese when you get extra cheese! I would consider their extra cheese to be double cheese or triple cheese it's a whole lot of cheese. Fortunately I like lots of cheese. The mountain of cheese however did not make up for the crust. The gluten free crust was thin and flat which is okay if you're making a thin crust that's crispy but this was a thin flat semi crispy crust that was a little too flexible. It was good and I would order it again if I had to but there are other local pizza places with gluten free crusts. If I'm in the mood for a mountain of cheese on my pizza again though Grandma's Pizza is where I will order from! When I picked up the pizza the girl told me they don't sell very many gluten free crust pizzas and she was actually a little out of practice making them. She said the first one she made was way too doughy. She actually gave me that pizza in addition to one that was crisper but also a bit doughy. Very friendly I'll probably try the no dough pizza next time.”

“This is such an amazing service! Everything is local and delivered right to your door weekly. They deliver all over Cleveland, Fairview, North Olmsted, Westlake, etc. You can choose from a list of staple items from healthier A2 milk, cage free eggs, butter, cheeses, yogurt, bread and salsa among other things. Then they have a weekly rotating menu of cookies, bread, sweets, cheeses etc. You can also add on meat products and coffee, local honey and many others. You can choose to skip a delivery or donate to a family in need. I love that everything is local and you even rinse and turn in your empty milk bottles for reuse reducing waste. I rave about it to everyone and have gotten several friends and family hooked. Their customer service is amazing and they respond very quickly. It is a little pricier but the quality is there and we are supporting local. With the way the grocery store prices have been lately it's not much of a difference. Plus the delivery is free and trackable from your phone. Some of my favorite items have been the garlic herb bread, the eggs, the cheddar cheese, sour cream and monster cookies. Support local and give it a try you will love it!”
