“Had 3 exterior doors replaced with new fiberglass doors. After a little miscommunication the first day, it was smooth sailing. It is an older home and some things had to be hand cut and fitted and the guys did a nice job. They even came back for an hour a few days later and fixed a small issue for me. They were all well groomed and courteous and the owner is great. “We’re out of state and have a rental property in Ohio and have had many problems with it in the past 2 years between renters not paying, and lack of communication/help with property management. We asked them for quotes on fixing numerous things with the property and they would never get back. Not exaggerating, waiting for a quote for months to fix the garage and still never got it, asked for window repair quotes and never got them… I searched Google for window repair, and found this company. “Very prompt and the itemized billing was very detailed which we needed. Great job on our fix & flip. Power Painting painted the entire house including ceilings. And they were able to do a bunch of the repairs. Replaced the toilet, refinished the bath tub, changed out most of the lights, and arranged for carpet. We had it listed for 20k lower before we went with them to freshen up the place. We ended up listing 20k higher after and we not only got it, we actually accepted an offer for 10k over. So it was worth the investment and the short time delay to have them do what they do!”

Since the house was built in 1915 some issues arose which they dealt with well. I found Jason, my initial contact to be honest and straight forward unlike the rep from a national roofer. He was helpful and patient with my many questions. I found Jarrod to also be helpful, patient and responsive. The crew did a great job of cleanup. There has been a lot of rain since the roof installation with no leaks.”
