“Erica Klontz and Kevin Bentz were a great help to me in getting back on the road quickly with the replacement of a dead battery, and the service and expertise they offered in helping to understand why my vehicle was stuck in low gear after I jump started it at a different location. It ended up being the computer system just needed a few minutes to reset itself after the replacement of the new battery. This was after 8:00P, and I was picturing worst case scenarios in terms of having to leave the vehicle overnight, something more serious with the vehicle being stuck in low gear, etc..., but I was back on the road in about 20 minutes! Their service was greatly appreciated!”

“Update 10/9: The owner of the company reached out to me to cover the cost of my damaged items. I received a check for the replacement value for those items. He was very friendly and was trying to figure out what happened. They are working with a chemist to make sure it doesnt happen to other people. Original review: I wish I had a better experience. Last Thursday, 9/15, I had a deodorization and sanitization process completed at my home. I was promised that it would not hurt any of the items left in my house (after plants and food were removed). I asked multiple times if there was anything I needed to move, put away, or be aware of. Mark reassured me multiple times that it would not hurt the items left out. However, I had several fabric items that have been bleached by the process.”
