Download the park mobile app to pay for your spot when you arrive, there is also a pay station near the Amtrak entrance on the right, it’s a small kiosk. To avoid any delays again I’d recommend downloading the app. -1 star because before I came i was quoted at $7/day, upon arrival it was $8. Small difference but wasn’t the same amount quoted to me just 12 hours prior. Other than that, was a nice convenience to have so I didn’t have to uber for $50 from 40 minutes away. “We parked our car here for parts of three days while we were in Chicago. The check-in process was very simple and we were met at our car by the shuttle bus, which quickly got us to the airport. On our return home, the shuttle was waiting outside of baggage claim at the airport and quickly and efficiently got us back to our car at the lot, so that we could load our luggage and head home. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and efficient. Our 3-day total to park was only $31.50. We will definitely use them the next time we go on a trip and need to leave our car parked!”
