“Top Notch Customer Service and the Staff is so friendly. All of them were very helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the pets and even there products. The price of the puppies are fairly high. BUT...... what all comes with the purchase of a puppy, a cage (is the size of the puppy fill grown), pretty much a lifetime warranty, check-ups, food, etc., you actually pay less over the lifetime than if you bought the dog elsewhere. We looked at this Pure Bred Husky. I wanted to purchase that day but the wife was not with us. My girls fell in love. I fell in love. Just to give you an idea of how much it would cost to purchase a dog from Petland, the Husky shown in my Pictures below (8-9 weeks old), cost $5600. I was thrown back by the price, but when they explained everything that came with the dog, I was a little more comfortable paying that price. It is a life long investment to purchase from Petland. They are able to finance, make payments, etc. When we are ready to purchase a puppy, my family will be going to Petland.”

“Wow! This place is wonderful! I am a first-time aquarium owner, and I was a little overwhelmed when I first walked in. The selection is huge... very intimidating. I was helped out by a young man who was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and, best of all, patient! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and politely, and he never made me feel like an inconvenience (which I HAD to have been). He explained all the products and their differences, and at no point did he try to push me beyond my budget. I was so impressed that once I bought the whole aquarium set up I had been looking for, I purchased additional gift certificates for my friends so THEY could have the same great experience shopping for their own tanks (they have fish already). What a great experience! Even if you don't live nearby, it is worth ANY amount of extra driving to come here. Even the young woman who rang out my purchase was friendly and efficient! I decided to visit Aquarium Masterminds for the first time to look for coral,salt water fish and to also escape the rainy dreary Ohio weather.As I opened the door of the shop and walked towards the tanks I felt like I'd arrived into a sort of bright beautiful underwater experience.Everything was very clean,easy to navigate and the coral & livestock look healthy and happy. The owner Andrew is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.He has the expertise any salt water enthusiasts new or old is searching for. I spotted a few rare fish,the most beautiful corals (seriously!!!) if AMM doesn't have what exactly you're searching for they will do their best to look into it to make sure you're satisfied. P.S I found a true hidden gem here,supported a small business and gained a couple fish buddies I also earned some valuable info but honestly the experience of simply walking in and being blown away would've been enough for me. ?(I think they should charge admission!)?”

I could not be more please with this business professionalism and ability to please the consumer. I bought a Frenchie from sunrise and he is the most amazing puppy. So well mannered, absolutely adorable, and COMPLETELY HEALTHY!! Now I don’t need to say this is almost unheard of when purchasing a new pup given infections. I have now had Oscar for four days and he is so well adjusted. Barely barks when he’s in his crate, no issues eating or drinking water, and like I said previously he has an amazing temperament. I highly recommend anyone who is seeking a superb pup to speak with sunrise pups as they are clearly the best Breeders around!”
