The big box store have there place for somethings but if you need expert help and need anything from 20' schedule 40 pipe (which they cut down to 10' at no extra charge to fit in my Jeep) to anything related to plumbing in your house, this is a great place!!!”

He gave me specific instructions as to when and where to process the package to have it get there right on time. The kiosk said it would be too early, the tracking updates said it would be too early, I was getting nervous. Low and behold, I get a tracking update today that says it’ll be there exactly on time. “I been banking here for 5 years now. I truly like this branch better then the one on Stassney only because it’s not as busy. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I did read most of the low ratings with this bank & I have not experienced any of the things people said. Like I said the staff is helpful. Also I love how they do their best to remember your name regardless if it’s your first name or last. Also the the call center people are always helpful if I can’t drive to the bank. They have always been able to answer my questions or find someone who will contact me regarding it. I’m truly happy with all my experiences here. The only reason why I gave it a 5 star is because I do wish their was an after hour emergency line to talk to someone directly with A+ because I tend to lose my debit cards often and scared a stranger has it. Other then that, that is all.”

“I pretty much never review a place, but I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed. My son was prescribed the CRT lenses that you wear overnight for the chance to experience no vision corrections (eye glasses or contacts) during the daytime hours. Heads-up for parents going down this route, it might not be an easy one. I was not aware of that, and we were very close to giving up on it. HOWEVER, Dr. Johnson came through with the save and turned our experience around. He is patient and kind, and I mean it when I say he won’t let you walk away with unanswered questions. I had PLENTY of them, and he didn’t seem to tire (or at least show it ?). If it weren’t Dr. Johnson’s assist, my active and athletic son wouldn’t be able to enjoy the benefits of this awesome technology! I also should add that the overall experience is wonderful here. The facility is spacious and beautiful, and while I didn’t catch names (sorry), all members of the staff that we interacted with were customer-focused. Thanks, guys! You make this non-reviewer happy to review you!”

“Saigon noodle bar is a true gem of west chester area. The atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. As for the food, most people judge a Vietnamese place by their Phở and this restaurant has one of the most authentic tasting soup bases I have had outside of Vietnam; and it has much more to offer. Hoành Thánh soup is our current favorite. The noodles used are the thin traditional egg noddles. They also serve with a crucial ingredient I don’t see in most American-Vietnamese restaurants—bó hẹ. The bánh mì thịt nướng (grilled pork bánh mì) is also a must have. Saigon noodle bar captures the true essence of the bánh mì with the baguette. For desert, recently there has been bánh chuối hấp (steamed gooey banana cakes). These should be steamed before eating and they were delicious. I hope they keep making them. If I had to ask for one thing it would be Mì Xào Giòn (crispy fried noodles). I haven’t found a Vietnamese place that makes this dish in Cincinnati and I’d love to try SNB’s take at it!”
