“Woah, probably the best chips and queso we've ever had (huge jalapeno slices in the queso so it brought a little heat). The chips were so fresh and thin. And we loved that you get a choice between corn and flour tortillas with your taco order. The birria tacos were so tasty and fresh. Different salsas were available in a cooler next to the soda fountain and I tried tomatillo. Others with me ordered the Tam recommended taco (chicken) and the steak taco and shrimp taco. They have a loco hour from 3-6pm M-F too. Very fun atmosphere and a large outdoor patio too.”

The only negative I really have was that I ordered sweet tea and it turned out to be that ‘Brisk’ tea out of a fountain. Lulu, our server, made us feel right at home, and her sister's cheesecake, made from their grandmother's original Queens recipe, was a sweet delight that brought back memories of classic Italian desserts. From their appetizers and side salads to their signature Cajun pasta dish and their house-made sweet tea, every bite was a burst of flavor and quality. My only two critiques would be that the chairs/bench seating aren't the most comfortable and my husband's ravioli was a little lackluster, but those are just minor hiccups. Ultimately, I'd recommend bringing your family and friends to enjoy a taste of the Old West mixed with the charm of authentic Italian cuisine. “This place needs to be the most popular burger joint in the area! Did you know that they don't have hormones in their beef? I don't even work for these people and I want everyone to go here. I've been to many restaurants all across the United States of America, fast food and fancier. These burgers are amazing! You have the classic gorgeous interior, as well as well made food, for a very decent price. I highly recommend checking out steak 'n shake next time you want a burger. “My wife and friends were walking through Vermilion and decided to stop into the Wine Vault. It was the best decision we ever made while in Vermilion! The bar is cozy and surprisingly quiet given the place was packed. The bartender and owner, Josh, was friendly and took very good care of our party. The food was absolutely delicious!!!!!
