“Fantastic bar tucked away on Euclid Ave! I’ve been a bartender for over 10 years. With almost 20 years in the service industry. If I could find something to complain about I’d politely highlight it. I’ve worked a wide array of places from up scale martini bars to dive bars with holes in the floor. Both of which are Not Kate’s. It’s an exceptional local bar with exceptional atmosphere and beyond awesome service. My humble opinion is Kate’s is a 9 out of 10 neighborhood bar with above average food and a 13 out of 10 service I’d highly suggest Kate’s! It’s Great place to watch a browns game. The Regulars are friendly and you feel at home the minute you walk in wether it’s your first time or 200th time being there. (We all know what it’s like to walk in and have the regulars look at you like “you’re not from around here are ya?” ) Nope not here! I’ve been to Kate’s several times and had the same positive experience every time. You can really tell the owner takes pride and it translates to the staff. Good job! I’ll be coming back!”

“Our first visit to a Marco's Pizza, and it's over a thousand miles from home. We have one less than 5 miles from our house, but THIS one was DELICIOUS! We dined in for lunch, splitting a small pizza with onions and tomatoes, and an order of "cinnamon-whatever they're called at Marco's". Let's just say pizza is ALWAYS better when you dine in! The cheese is cheesier. The pizza is hotter. The crust is crisper. It's just all around better. You should always eat-in at a pizza joint whenever you can. Trust me, you'll be happier for it. But here's for a Marco's pizza, the crust was almost buttery! It was divine! The tomatoes were big slices, with one or two per pizza slice... The small pizza was six small slices, perfect for 2 people. The onions were perfectly cooked to a soft texture with just enough flavor. The combination was just right. The pizza was most excellent! We ended up taking the cinnamon things back to the hotel, but we dug into them as soon as we got there. They had a wonderfully cinnamon roll taste, but were a little greasy. I don't think we'll have a problem eating them, though, but we'll see how they are after they've gotten cold and reheated in the microwave. All in all, this lunch was cheaper than what we've had elsewhere so far and probably better, so we're very happy. We'll also be looking into whether they deliver to our house back home. 👍👍”

“Went last night, Friday, October 28, 2022. I thought it would more people with it being so close to Halloween. But, it was not crowded at all. I didn’t purchase any food there. So, I can not say anything about it other than that they have food options. I did however get a hot chocolate that was one of the best I have ever had. You have to pay to go to the town even if you are not participating in the trail. I thought that kinda sucked. Maybe you could at least have a reduced price for people who prefer not to do the trail. But, hey they have to make money. I am sure that isn’t cheep to run a little town like that. We had a great time walking around the town and watching the live entertainment in the middle. The shops were great as well. You can get your Tarot cards read. Have a beer at one of the bars. They have plenty of photo opportunity’s in the town. I wish I would have taken more. There’s a screen outside for movies but they weren’t playing anything on it. While you wait for your turn for the trail you can walk around the town and they will text you when it’s your turn. The trail was okay. I was in the back of our group and was always just standing there while they did whatever to the people with a red bracelet in the front and never knew what was going on. So my experience was walking through the woods and looking at a few spooky scenes. I had not one scary moment. So no jump scares. Everything was for people with the red band. I can say that all the actors were VERY good! They just were not scary. Just kinda spooky. But the acting and scenery was really, really great! This place has so much potential and I can not wait to see what they can bring to life here. *NOTE• If you get the red bracelet, you WILL get wet and dirty! Bring a change of clothes, something to put you phone into so it doesn’t get wet/muddy.”

Friend had a few special items (ribs, scalloped potatoes): also delicious. I can see why it's a popular take out spot. The atmosphere is standard for a laid-back local strip mall restaurant. Just past that, people seemed to really enjoy each other. Regulars sharing a drink, playing pool, staff laughing and teasing and making people feel welcome. I chatted at the bar with a local councilman who told me why he and his wife love the place - feels like family. Will go again.”
