“**Real review 4 1/2 stars** I haven't been to any Mr.Hero locations in years, not intentionally, just happened that way. On my way home, on SR-113, I randomly thought "hey there's a Mr.Hero location right around the corner on Lake Ave, I was hungry, so I went. It looked busy so I downloaded the app, ordered and waited in my car. The app warned me the wait was gonna be 20 minutes. Ok cool, no big deal. I waited about 15 minutes and went inside and the 3 workers were busy cooking and handing out orders ahead of mine. They had already made my gyro but made the pepperoni pizza bites after I checked in with them. I didn't know what to expect. I had low expectations because I never had their gyro or pepperoni pizza bites but let me tell you, it was the best gyro I've had in years! And the pizza bites were fantastic! Only downside about this location is the small lobby (only had 3 or 4 spots to sit) and the parking lot. but the food is gonna make me go back for more. I wish I took pictures of the food to share with you all.”

“This place is a small little gem in Mentor. The food and service are amazing. The portions are generous and the price isn't bad. I had a Mexican inspired Omelet with Chorizo and it was delightful. My husband had a breakfast taco that he said was amazing. He scarfed it down then complained when it was gone. My only complaint was I had the tiniest portion of potatoes and the "loaded" potatoes my husband had were nothing more than cheese and scallions. That really isn't loaded.”

“We had the best experience today! We ordered a couple of pizzas and a salad, my expectations were low I just wanted something quick and easy but the pizzas were perfectly cooked. Crispy (generous amounts) pepperoni, gooey cheese and perfectly cooked crust. The salad was also better than expected, all the veggies were chopped with care and there were lots of them! There was also plenty of cheese with the salad and the lettuce was incredibly fresh and crispy! Even their dressings were delicious, they use Dukes brand packets. To top it all off the staff was incredibly friendly! I appreciate the care that went into preparing and packaging of our dinner tonight. “Even though the ordering process is plainly written out for customers, being it was my first time ordering Boba tea, I was still obviously confused. The woman behind the counter then explained what seemed so much simpler once she helped us out. I felt a little silly realizing she just spoke what I just read but she was very helpful and kind and didn’t mind the fact that we were clearly lost and had no clue what we were doing. ☺️ BUT after all of that, I know now what I’m doing and can go in and order easily. Honestly, sometimes it’s just as confusing ordering Starbucks 🤪 I ended up ordering green tea with a 50% sweetness (you have the option of 0%-100%) with a homemade lavender syrup. I wasn’t expecting the lavender buds in the tea but I didn’t mind it all. I know some may mind so I wanted to included that in the review. I had the popping bubbles in my tea and it was AMAZING! Green tea. Lavender, 50% sweetness, popping bubbles: Perfection. Some may like it a tad sweeter but as an avid unsweet tea drinker I thought it was perfect! My girls had the black milk boba tea 50% sweetness, and the other one had a strawberry green tea with blueberry popping bubbles with 100% sweetness. Even though I did hear her say, “maybe the 100% sweetness was too much!” She downed half of her tea before we left the parking lot because she loved it! In my opinion, it was a bit pricey for the three of us. (With the three teas, and a tip it was $20) So we probably won’t be ordering as often as I would love to to support this small businesses, we will return as soon as we can because overall, the service was great, and the boba tea also! I WOULD rather drop $20 here than at Starbucks. You actually do get more for the price too. Also, it is to be noted that right now indoor seating is unavailable. Hopefully that will change soon, I’d love to dine in.”

“Really good grilled boneless wings, the Kentucky Bourbon Glaze is on point! I'd give it 5 stars, but 2 5 piece wing and pretzel stick (2 sticks) combos, 2 side salads, and 2 drinks was $60+ too pricy for my taste. There weren't many people there, but the waitress was great and very attentive, she brought refills before we asked! Lot's to see both on the multitude of TV's throughout the restaurant and also with the decor. All in all a good place to kick back and eat great, casual food but if you're bringing more than 2 it's a bank breaker.”
