“The units are cleaned before tenants move in. Tenants break contracts all the time and then blame Woodys U Lock It. If you want to move out that's fine just follow the contact rules and give a 10 days notice prior to moving out. If you move out first then call us and tell us you have moved out that's not a 10 day notice. Several tenants receive the deposit back it's so issues when following the contact policy. That contract is set in motion to protect our tenants and our selfs from this type of situation.”

From start to finish, our experience was just what you want it to be-experienced, professional and efficient. We knew the estimate of our move was binding, and could plan for the costs accordingly. Our final invoice proved to be even less, based on the weight of our household goods. Our personable moving coordinator kept us up to date on planning and execution of the move; she was also readily available to answer questions. Packing and loading/unloading crew on both ends of the move were pleasant, experienced and careful with our goods, and were great with our dog. Our driver was thorough with documentation and clearly communicated the arrival date of our goods. While a cross country move is stressful, Stacey made it about as simple as it could be.”

Most have provided good service, but over these years Arlene at the Arlington Centre location has been the very best. She has kept me advised of new units available when we needed extra space, made sure things were fixed asap, such as a bulb out, doors that required lubrication , or even getting rid of wasp nests etc. She is there when the property opens and stays until it closes, informed us if we forgot to lock the unit or left the door open. She is one of those special employees that always does things right. I feel more secure when she is on hand. You need more Arlenes at all your facilities!”
