I never write reviews but she was helpful and I left with a smile on my face and that's everything you want from a customer service experience! The facilities themselves are great and very clean. I leased a unit for the last 8 months and the contact free nature of setting it up and accessing it made it very convenient. Plus the flatbed cart in the complex saved my back!
