He was very knowledgeable about the materials that make up the various mattresses and helped me to find something to alleviate my sleep issues. After narrowing it down to 2 mattresses, he encouraged me to take my time and even left the room so that I could leisurely test out each mattress. I asked many questions and he patiently answered and explained differences in quality and manufacturers. He explained the warranty and trial period and even related how I could take advantage of the next sale which is six weeks away even when buying my mattress now. Jonathan demonstrated different adjustable bases and helped me to select one that felt wonderful on my back. I never felt pressured by Jonathan and he made my mattress buying experience rather pleasant. I'm looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress and would highly recommend Jonathan!”
