“I drove a little over two hours one way to have Complete Hunter’s Outlet replace the strings on my crossbow. I had called the week before and was told that since I lived so far away they would give me an appointment to bring my bow in. Additionally they said it would only take an hour so I could wait for it. Boy, was I glad I made the trip. It was a nice day for a ride but what blew me away was the awesome customer service I received. And yes, the bow was finished within an hour. Sadly I did not get any names , other than the dog’s which was a boxer named Capone. Everything was explained throughly to me and the young woman who worked on the bow provided some helpful advice and some extra e-clips. Lastly, I felt that what I was charged was far more than reasonable for the work provided. I will be making that trip again.”
