We pretty much made the deal over the phone pending when I arrived the truck was everything they said it was...and... IT WAS EVERYTHING they said it was and then some. Not thinking, and dealing with a heart broken kiddo I called and left a nasty voicemail. Not my usual MO but I was pretty hurt as well (not an excuse). “Ok so at the time of this post they are a little behind due to staffing. So the awesome fast service that they provide is slowed down at the moment. With that said they are the best embroidery company around. An they still do custom embroidery, and patchwork designs. Plus being one of the only that still make Felt & Chenille products. An let me just say the quality is top notch. The Felt & Chenille patches are so amazingly durable. If your a MC looking for patch’s. You can trust them to make a patch that will last a lifetime. These patches can withstand a motorcycle accident. I’m talking about sliding on the patch and it’s still intact. Not that any club guy should have his patch on the ground,lol. They are pretty stain resistant as well. An with a little scotch guard. They do exceptionally well. As you can see I can’t say enough about this company. Dan the new owner, took over the company from his father. They’ve been serving Akron an the community since 1925. An back in the Biker hay-day they would open up on the weekends, just for Club guys. That is way they could ride threw Akron when the cops were not patrolling at that time. An get there patches on there cuts. Without having to much hassle. The young man Dan who owns and operates now. Might not let you roll your bike in, but the care and understanding of those patches. Well that’s all there and so is the warm welcome to all that stop in. In short if you need patches, embroidery, or even silk screen printing. Stop looking! You found your answer, so stop on in. This is your new home.”

“While on our way back home from a mini vacation, we visited this antique store. At first it didn't look like we would find anything, but we did find a really cool new haven clock to purchase. There are quite a few good antiques in the store. The store has a good layout to maximize the amount of merchandise to display. The prices are fair. The staff is helpful, and we were greeted upon entering. A cool addition to the store are the birds inside. I think there were 5 live birds to view the day we were there. Pretty cool. I recommend shopping here if you are in the area and are hunting for a treasure to take home.”

“Went in, unit in hand, to find a small part for a bathroom exhaust unit (circa 1950s). I had already diagnosed that it needed a new fan. Gentleman at the store agreed, looked for it, then when he couldn't find one on hand told me what part number it was. Now, less then a week later, we have a working exhaust fan to blow away all those stinky fumes that come from reading magazines while on break.”

“I just have to say these guys are the real deal! I’ve been looking for a roof rail for my Subaru for weeks, and since it is discontinued, my only hope so I’ve been eBay and checking junkyards to order online. I finally stumbled upon a site that gave me parts from junkyards around my state and found the part I needed from Marshall’s. FOR CHEAPER THAN EVERYONE ELSE TOO! Not even exaggerating they saved me hundreds of dollars on a discontinued junk part that people are taxing for everywhere else. I called to confirm that they had it, the gentleman and told me how I can order it online so they can start pulling apart so it would be ready by the time I am off work. I lived about a half hour away and could only make it in about a half hour before they closed. They didn’t try to shoo me away or tell me they couldn’t or try to make it in the time crunch or anything like that. Simply told me to make sure I confirm it by ordering online and they’d get me taken care of. I gotta say these men went above and beyond expectations. I really only needed one side rail but I just ordered both to be safe since it didn’t specify which side, and the price for both already beats the price of one from any other ebay seller or any dealer that happens to have the part in stock for $400! For one rail too. These guys got me both rails, and even hooked me up and tossed in the crossbars, once again that people overcharge for online. And on top of that, they took it apart to help make sure it fit in my car. Literally a half hour before closing when any other business could have easily shrugged me off or given me some attitude/hassle about it. Hands down some of the best and honest service I’ve received. I really appreciate and I genuinely thank all of you guys there that got me taken care of! Give these guys a call if you can seriously!”
