We were unable to take our dogs into the fenced yard because of the location of the hive. When we explained this to Manny Salazar, he was out within 30 minutes of our call. Also after I made the comment that drying off after a shower is sometimes difficult with my dog underfoot, she went out of her way to insure that we got the larger of the shower rooms so that wouldn't be an issue. This was especially useful, and my decal matched the mountains painted on the wall perfectly. I did have a really hard time getting my letters to release from the clear front sheet. I had to hold some letters in place with the smoothing card as I peeled away the sheet. But the letters were heavy, sturdy, and flexible. Smoothed them down with an eyeglasses cloth, and it looks great! Thank you!”
