“From the first inquiry on a used Jeep Gladiator that my husband came across one at Germain Ford, he knew it was the perfect vehicle for him, and definitely the right dealership to deal with. It was about a three hour drive for us, and Troy went above and beyond by going out and looking everything that we had questions about on the jeep. He was very honest, very professional. When we arrived in Beavercreek, and pulled into the dealership lot, we were greeted by Sarah, she is amazing. She grabbed the keys and said take it on a test drive to lunch! We came back and signed the paperwork that was all ready. We had everything worked out prior with the trade of our Ram and did the financing with them. Travis was the finance manager, he came out and talked before we went back to finish the last part. It definitely didn’t feel like we had just met these people! If I lived there, these are the type of people I want to work there. But needless to say, we would make the trip back if we were looking for another vehicle!
