“St. Patrick's Day Luck from an auto part store with an Irish name! How fitting! I had been visiting in Germantown and was headed back home to northern VA...on a very tight schedule. I woke up on March 17th to find a gray and rainy day. Loaded up the car to get an early start and realized the windshield wiper on the drivers side (of course) was just smearing water...unsafe and impossible to see. Not being from the area...I figured I would have to go into Miamisburg or further to find a place and that would install them for me. I pulled into a gas station on Route 4 and as I was pumping gas - I looked up and saw O'Reilly Auto Parts! What a coincidence!! It was just past 7:30 am so I figured they didn't open until 9 or 10 am. WRONG! They were ALREADY OPEN! So as I was finishing at the pump, I called and spoke to a very nice representative - sorry I did not get his name - and he said not only did they have what I needed in stock IT WAS FREE INSTALLATION ! He was even nice enough to have them on the counter waiting as I drove across the street. He came out, put the new wipers on my car and my entire delay from this issue was less than 10 minutes! HOW AMAZING IS THAT? Thank you so much for a perfect location, perfect hours and perfect service.”

“We were there for a birthday celebration, and it was just a wonderful experience. Service was outstanding, and the Food was fantastic. Julia, the owner, was very welcoming. As a starter, they served freshly baked bread with olive oil and spices to dip in. Then we got the delicious sampler appetizer. I love the grape leaves. The portions of the food were delicious and enough to share. I recommend this place for a unique experience and good food.”

“I believe this was my first time purchasing anything from Eddie Bauer. I stumbled upon an online sale and decided to order two flannels. Unfortunately, I am smack dab in the middle between a size Large and a size Medium. I took a gamble and ordered two mediums… and they were slightly two small. So I decided to come to this location to confirm that the size large would indeed fit me correctly. I brought the two mediums with me just to compare and Sarah, who I believe is one of the managers here, ended up taking it upon herself to process my return in store saving me a decent amount of money, time and hassle, on what would have been the cost of return shipping. To complicate things, the sale on these two flannels had ended. Unlike many other retail locations, instead of writing me off Sarah continued to work the problem until she was able to successfully accept the exchange. I really appreciated her willingness to help on a busy Saturday afternoon! These may have been my first Eddie Bauer purchases but I’m sure they will not be my last! Thanks!”

“I'm looking for a generic medication for my daughter. Ironically, I need to find a particular brand of generic because although the active ingredient is identical in the name-brand and all generics (in theory), the inactive ingredients vary and my daughter is severely sensitive to one common in this medication. There is no process for finding generics by brand. Generic manufacturers do not maintain lists of locations that stock their products. I'm left calling every pharmacy in the region, begging them to read the ingredients in their generic medicines, asking if they can order a generic by brand name (no), and then starting again. Although I did not find what I needed at this Giant Eagle, the pharmacist was patient, complete, knowledgeable and sympathetic to a degree I have yet to encounter elsewhere. You could do much worse than to bring your business here. I know I'll go back.”
